Teens for Screens, our free, school-wide EKG screening program, will be offered to students at Highland Park High School on April 16th. We are excited to add HPHS to our list of schools--you're our tenth school!

Please download all needed registration forms here to register your child for the Screens for Teens testing and to volunteer to help. We need about 120 parent volunteers to test the almost 2,000 HPHS students in one day. It is an energizing volunteer opportunity you won't want to miss.

Parent volunteers will have their choice of training sessions on April 15th--a 4:30 to 6 session or the 6:30 to 8PM session. You will also have your choice of volunteering for the morning shift or the afternoon shift on the 16th.

Volunteer training for the Lake Forest High School Screens for Teens volunteers is from 5:00-6:30 in the competition gym. You may begin arriving at 4:30 to get your training materials and name badge. Since there will be more than 100 volunteers, please allow sufficient time to check in so that you do not miss training. Please bring a signed confidentiality pledge with you.
